Oliver Goettling was born in Munich, Germany, and grew up in Brussels, Belgium, where he developed an international outlook. After finishing high school, he returned to Germany for his university studies. He began visiting Dubai in 2001 and was drawn to the UAE’s energy, diversity, and rapid growth. In 2003, he relocated to Dubai to lead a German boutique company specialising in premium lifestyle products, gaining deep experience in the luxury interiors market.

In 2010, he founded GOETTLING INTERIORS with a vision to combine German engineering with tailored design solutions. His company has since become a recognised name in the high-end interiors sector, known for its client-focused approach, turnkey projects, and commitment to quality. As part of Goettling’s continued growth, the Occhio Store operates under the Goettling brand, reflecting the company’s dedication to premium lighting, sophisticated design, and exceptional client experience.
